The full catalog spans from A$450 for the Basic tier of the Insight Engine to A$8,500 for the Premium tier of the Founder Engine. Pricing is GST exclusive unless stated. Larger or unclear projects begin with a paid scoping workshop.

What are the four pricing tiers?
Four shapes of brief, four bands of starting price. The Control Centre slots your brief into the right tier and confirms the final SOW.
Basic
One Engine, single source/channel, single tool, narrow scope.
Fixed-price for genuinely narrow scopes.
Standard
One Engine with multiple sources or integrations, or a focused stack.
Most Sales / Support / Ops / Knowledge briefs land here.
Premium
Multi-source, multi-integration, custom tone or workflow library.
Includes documentation and accuracy benchmarks.
Custom
Stacked Engines, ambiguous scope, larger MVPs, integration-heavy builds.

Workshop
What does the scoping workshop cost?
For stacked, ambiguous or larger builds. A 60–90 minute structured workshop with us, a written one-page recommendation, and a custom Statement Of Work (SOW). The workshop fee is credited against the final fee if you proceed.
Support
Support plans (separate, opt-in).
Support is not bundled with builds. After the included defect-fix period (7–14 days, SLA §2) you choose whether to opt in. Response targets below are targets, not resolution guarantees.

No. Every price on this page is in Australian Dollars and GST exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise on a quote. GST is added on the invoice as a separate line.
Base prices are in AUD. The currency selector on the per-Engine table shows indicative conversions only — your invoice is in AUD via Stripe AU.
No. Engines are scoped to a fixed price for a defined scope. Larger or ambiguous projects begin with a paid scoping workshop (credited against the final fee if you proceed).
Not in the conventional sense. We don't sell open-ended monthly hours. After a build, you can opt into a Support plan — Basic Care, Standard Care or Priority Care — which is a productised ongoing engagement with documented scope, response targets, and a cancel-anytime clause (SLA §3).
Each Statement Of Work includes a 7–14 day defect-fix period (SLA §2) during which we fix anything that doesn't match the SOW at no extra cost. We don't offer refunds for outcomes — outcome guarantees are explicitly disclaimed (MSA §16). Support beyond the defect-fix period is a separate opt-in plan.
