Stack tier
A drafting assistant for outreach to your existing contacts — past customers, opted-in subscribers, warm referrals. Not cold lists.
Read this first. The Outreach Engine is only built for clients who can demonstrate consent or permission to contact the recipients. Cold lists, scraped contacts, purchased data, or contacts harvested from restricted platforms are out of scope. This is non-negotiable and tied to the AI, Data and Security Addendum §5 and §7.
The work it retires
The hours a small business owner spends writing personalised re-engagement, follow-up, win-back, upsell, event-invite or newsletter messages to people who already know them.
Inputs
- Your permissioned contact list (CRM exports, past customer database, opted-in newsletter list, event attendees who consented to follow-up).
- The thing you want to say (re-engagement, new product, event, check-in, ask for feedback, ask for a referral).
- Your tone, brand voice, signoff and any examples of past messages that worked.
Outputs
- Personalised draft messages per recipient, with the relevant context pulled in.
- A sending schedule with throttling (no batch-blast).
- A reply-triage hookup so responses route to a human, not back into the bot.
Typical integrations
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Customer.io, Postmark, Resend, Gmail (with proper SPF/DKIM), Outlook, SMS providers (Twilio, MessageBird) where consent permits.
What's included
- Contact list intake and de-duplication.
- Consent and unsubscribe-list verification (you provide the proof; we wire it in).
- Personalised draft generation per recipient.
- Throttled sending schedule with unsubscribe handling and identification (per ACMA spam rules).
- Reply-triage routing.
- Setup notes, compliance checklist, handover.
What's not included
- Cold outreach. If you can't demonstrate consent or a pre-existing business relationship, Engine Labs will decline the build. This is per Addendum §5 and §7.
- Scraping. No contact data is sourced from LinkedIn, scraped websites, restricted platforms, purchased lists or aggregator tools where the source breaches platform terms.
- Bulk SMS or robocalls.
- Replacement of your email or CRM platform.
- Outcome guarantees on open rate, reply rate, revenue or list growth.
Human review
Sending is throttled and can be paused at any time. The first batch in any campaign is reviewed manually before the rest sends. Replies go to a human, never back into the model. Unsubscribes are honoured immediately and the suppression list is checked before every send.
Price detail
(Note: starting price is higher than other Engines because compliance setup and consent verification is mandatory and non-trivial.)

- Standard+ (from A$2,800 AUD): multi-segment, reply routing, weekly performance summary.
- Premium (from A$4,500 AUD): multi-channel (email + SMS where permitted), full personalisation engine, compliance dashboard.
Price band: from A$1,350 → A$4,500 (AUD), scoped in the Control Centre.
Typical timeline
2–4 weeks, including the consent/permission verification phase.
Brief gate
If your brief mentions cold leads, scraping, LinkedIn data extraction, purchased lists, "we'll figure out consent later", or anything similar, the Control Centre will decline and explain why. This isn't a soft policy — it's how the contract pack stays clean and how the Engine stays safe to operate.
